G is for the Grants #atozchallenge

G is for the Grants, specifically Lizzy and Forest.

Hi, everybody!  I'm Lizzy Grant and my husband Forest is here. I doubt he'll do much talking, though.

I'll do some talking if I can get a word in. I don't have a problem talking except you usually say it all before I get a chance. We are here incognito. To be honest, we don't want Cole knowing we talk to Abby or to anyone else for that matter. We're still a little frightened of him.

Yes, well, I'm Abby's friend. Forest is Cole's friend. I would say it was a moment of really bad judgement when Forest made friends with Cole, except then I wouldn't know Abby and we wouldn't have been able to help her.

You know in all fairness, I didn't know what was laying beneath the surface of Cole. He's pretty good at hiding his true self. As far as I was concerned he was a good hunting buddy.

Yeah, that shows how good your judgement is, but as I said I'm kinda glad you made friends with him. I never much cared for him, but his wife Abby sure was sweet. I hate what all has gone on with her, but I'm really happy she's where she is now. Even though I don't ever get to see her anymore. At least, we can chat on facebook.

You're lucky about that too. If I recall, Abby unfriended you on facebook when she moved.

I understand why, though. She didn't want Cole to know where she was and she didn't know if she could trust us.

I told you to tell her to leave town didn't I?

Yes, and I did. We did. We told her time and again to move away and she finally did.

I think we were really supposed to talk about ourselves, but we're pretty boring. We appear mostly in the first book of the series.  You know those people that go to work, come home, cook dinner, shop for groceries and clean house on the weekend. That's us. About the highlight of my days is getting to talk to Abby and hearing about her new life. She sure is a lot braver than I ever would be.  I was surprised when she moved to Ecuador. I thought there would be naked savages running around, but Abby says there aren't.  I still kinda wonder if that's a secret she's keeping.

Yep, we are pretty proud of her.

It was nice talking to you folks. We hope you are enjoying the A to Z challenge and are really glad Scarlett invited us to be a part of it. Maybe someday we'll be brave and go to Ecuador. Then we might get to be in another story. Tune in tomorrow for H is for Amory Hunter. I think he was another one that had bad judgement friending Cole.

    1. I had a goal to visit everyone, but I'm only managing 30-60 blogs a day and will never make it to all. But I'm still trying. Thanks for stopping by and I'm very happy you enjoyed your visit!
